Agendas

The agenda for each Student Parliament meeting is put together by the Chair, Co-chair and Secretary of Parliament. An email is sent to all MSPs asking for topics for agenda. MSPs should reply to this email by the deadline stated. The committee will then discuss the issues they have been given and formulate the agaenda. Any issue emailed but not included in the agenda will be forwarded to the Student President to be dealt with immediately. If an item is not included on the agenda it may be that the committee feel it is not an issue for parliament but one which can be dealt with outside of parliament. All motions must be recieved by the deadline given for inclusion in the agenda.

Only registered MSPs may put forward topics for agenda.
